Other work

At the beginning of 2016 I was asked to create a mural at The Poultry Patch in Withiel, Cornwall. My brief was to create a piece 1.5m x 2m in size to illustrate the Sultan Chicken. The artwork would be positioned inside above the Sultan Chicken pen.

The history of this particular breed originates in Turkey where the chickens were kept
as pets/ ornamental pieces and would roam the gardens of the Sultan's palace.
Its name comes from the Turkish title of Serai-Tavuk, which translates into English
as 'fowls of the Sultan'.

Art Auctions

I have organised and hosted two silent art auctions to raise money
for a school in Tanzania. Around £3,000 was raised in total which
went towards the build of a geography block and science laboratory.

A selection of my photographs have been published in both 'Cornwall Today' and 'Artist and Illustrator' magazine to illustrate articles on Porthleven and the Truro based art supply shop and café, Truro Arts Company.
